Rivages questions the geographical limits of the city, puts poetry, mystery and unexpected in standard urban suburbs locations.

Since 2007, French Government, the city of Saint-Étienne, Saint-Étienne Métropole, Loire department and the region of Rhône-Alpes Auvergne work for the urban and economic transformation of Saint-Étienne through the action of EPASE (Établissement Public d’Aménagement de Saint-Étienne).
